Welcome to the Semperis contracts page, where you’ll find the contracts that govern our customers’ use of Semperis’ software and services. The applicable agreements, as specified below, form part of our customers’ contractual relationship with Semperis.
Master Agreement
Master Solution Agreement: This agreement applies to all access and use of any current and future Semperis software (both on-premise and cloud), support, and professional services.
Supplemental Terms
Cloud Software: These Terms apply to all software-as-a-service hosted in a Semperis environment.
On-Premise Software: These Terms apply to all licensed software hosted in a customer’s on-premise environment.
Professional Services: These Terms apply to all professional services provided by Semperis.
Ready1 for Identity Crisis Management: These Terms must be executed by a customer prior to Semperis providing access to Ready1 for Identity Crisis Management.
Data Processing Addendum: This Addendum contains additional provisions which apply if Semperis processing personal data, including provisions regarding GDPR and CCPA.
Standard Service Levels | Premier Service Levels: These describe the support and services levels for both on-premise and cloud software.
Software Deployment
ADFR: This scope of work applies to all deployments of Semperis’ Active Directory Forest Recovery (ADFR) software.
DSP: This scope of work applies to all deployments of Semperis’ Directory Services Protector (DSP) software.
