Snezana brings 20 years of HR experience to the Semperis team. Prior to joining the company, Snezana managed global HR in small-to-mid-size companies in the telecom, advertising, and enterprise software sectors. Her expertise is in both operational and strategic HR practices.
As VP Human Resources, Snezana oversees all aspects of HR management and has developed the Semperis HR team and infrastructure to effectively support the company’s rapid growth. Her areas of expertise include recruitment, compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, policy procedure development, compensation, and performance management.
