Jeff leads finance, accounting, legal, corporate development and procurement for Semperis, where he has been CFO since 2024. Prior to Semperis, Jeff led finance teams at cybersecurity vendors Imprivata, Rapid7, and Invicti Security, helping them grow into scalable software businesses. Jeff began his career in investment management, with over 20 years of experience investing in equity and debt of public and private companies. He serves on the board of Old North Illuminated, a nonprofit that educates and inspires through its work interpreting and preserving the famous Old North Church in Boston. Jeff and his family live in the Boston area, where he enjoys playing ice hockey, paddle-surfing, and catching live music whenever possible.
