You know Petya, and Sandworm, and Spyware, and Rootkits. Mimikatz and WannaCry, and backdoors and botnets.
But do you recall……. the most damaging attack of all?….
NotPetya the Russian Wiper, had a very nasty bite.
And if you ever saw it, you would even say “Good Night!”.
All of the other malware’s… used to laugh and call it names.
They never let NotPetya…join in any attacker games.
Then one foggy Ukrainian night, Putin came to say,  “NotPetya with your External Blue so bright, won’t you guide our attacks tonight?”.
Then all the malware’s loved him, as they shouted out with glee..
NotPetya the Russian Wiper, you’ll go down in history.
