During more than 25 years in the global software industry, Dov has worked directly with customers globally and has built, led, and improved customer services and support organizations, demonstrating a passion for both customer success and for mentoring and developing highly skilled professionals.
Before joining Semperis, Dov worked as a senior support engineer at IBM, a senior technical account manager for enterprise customers and a premier field engineering manager at Microsoft, and a support escalations manager at LivePerson and Imperva for SaaS and on-premises solutions.
